Mr. Kelleher established a professional security and safety organization for an internationally recognized multi-billion dollar automotive distribution and insurance company. In this capacity, Mr. Kelleher maintained global responsibility for all physical, aviation, marine, and employee security threats.

Office of the Inspector General, Agent in Charge
As the Agent in Charge, Mr. Kelleher had oversight responsibility for civil and criminal investigations relating to all rules, regulations, and laws pertaining to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) in the Midwest. He initiated work place violence and criminal investigative training for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and U.S. Coast Guard. Additionally, he developed protocols for Ethics and Integrity investigations for the Office of the Inspector General.

Senior Special Agent
Investigative and protective assignments across Secret Service offices in Miami, Washington, D.C., Louisville, and Paris, France were among Mr. Kelleher’s responsibilities. He directly supervised many successful organized white-collar crime investigations that were conducted both domestically and internationally.
While stationed in Washington, D.C., Mr. Kelleher acted in the capacity of Special Agent instructor for newly appointed Special Agents. He was responsible for Special Agent instruction in undercover operations, general investigations, organized crime, and white collar criminal investigations.
He was assigned to permanent and temporary protective details for five U.S. Presidents, foreign Heads of State, Pope John Paul II, and the Secretary of State during the Paris Peace Talks. Based on these accomplishments, he was selected as the U.S. Secret Service Representative to the Interpol General Secretariat in Paris, France. Interpol is the world’s largest international police organization, with 186 member countries.

Mr. Kelleher received the prestigious appointment as the U.S. Representative to the Interpol General Secretariat for the U.S. Secret Service at St. Cloud, France, where he was responsible for representing the best interests of the United States and its law enforcement efforts on a global basis.
Interpol is structured similarly to the United Nations, with 186 member countries. Each country is represented by at least one senior member at the General Secretariat in France. The primary mission was to advance the U.S. law enforcement initiatives. Mr. Kelleher developed and presented seminars worldwide on behalf of Interpol.
Mr. Kelleher continues to maintain the global network of contacts established at Interpol and the Secret Service to supplement the security efforts of his marine and private aviation security clients.
